Sommelier's Notes
The wine presents a bright ruby red color with garnet reflections, typical of great Etna reds. On the nose, it expresses elegance and complexity, with aromas of small red fruits, sweet spices, volca-nic ash, and dried violets. On the palate, it stands out for its freshness, minerality, and silky tannins, achieving a perfect balance between structure and finesse.
The finish is long and persistent, with hints of Mediterranean herbs and light smokiness.
Recommended Pairings
Perfect with game dishes, roasted red meats, aged cheeses, and traditional Sicilian cuisine.
